Leonid Group have been retained to find new talent to join the Corporate Internal Audit and Risk Management team, because of two team members rotating into the business.

This team’s purpose is to act as an independent partner to ensure good and responsible Corporate Governance. The department’s objective audit and consulting services are designed to create added value and improve the business processes of our clients’ group of companies.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation and execution of risk-oriented process audits, risk management reviews and financial reviews at group subsidiaries worldwide.
  • Audit of operational and commercial processes with regard to the appropriateness, functionality and effectiveness of the internal control system as well as analysis of the associated application systems.
  • Support with consulting projects, fraud investigations and data analysis.
  • Preparation of audit reports with recommendations for action, presentation of audit results and discussion with management, follow-up review.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or another relevant subject.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, process optimization or related fields.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in the areas of international accounting (IFRS), process audit and RMS/ICS.
  • Knowledge in the areas of application systems (SAP, DynamicsNav) and data analysis as well as audit-relevant auditing tools and auditing techniques (e.g. IDEA) is a plus - we encourage and support knowledge building in this area.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, quick comprehension of complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills on different levels, including strong report writing skills, confident manner and persuasive capacity.
  • Team-player, eager to learn and self-motivated.
  • Professional German language skills and other linguistic skills such as Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese are welcome.
  • Ready to travel internationally
