Our methodology is founded in delivering an ethical recruitment practice, with the focus always on quality over quantity. It might be ‘easier’ to conform to a traditional sales model, but that’s not what we are about.

Leonid is passionate about a number of causes and is committed to being socially and environmentally responsible.

 

Charitable Donations

A proportion of our annual profits are donated to cancer awareness and research – a vital charity which is close to the heart of so many.

 

We donate towards our employees’ fundraising efforts, for example if they are running a marathon or taking on a challenge to raise money for charity.

 

We also work in partnership with Tree Nation, to help offset our carbon footprint. Once per quarter, we run a ‘Leonid Health Month’ where we pledge to plant a tree for every workout undertaken by our team.

We know that our employees are our most precious asset, and we want them to feel their very best when they work with us.  As such, we understand the importance of an enjoyable and flexible working environment in ensuring a healthy work-life balance. We offer flexible working hours, a choice between office, home and hybrid working and a ‘work from anywhere’ policy. We also offer numerous benefits focused on health and wellbeing.

Environmental / Waste
At Leonid, we look to minimise our consumption of natural resources and energy. We reduce the creation of waste by running a virtually paperless office. Where we do create waste, we always recycle where possible.

 

Although our team are dispersed across the UK, France and Spain, we do try to minimise travel and opt for trains over planes, wherever possible. Team gatherings take place once per quarter, as we try to balance our environmental responsibility with the benefits gained from in-person team meetings.
