Leonid rolls out new mental health care initiative for employees

At Leonid, we look after our employees’ wellbeing. We know how crucial it is to have the right support in place to ensure our team feel happy, motivated and productive in the workplace.

We have a number of initiatives in place which are focused on keeping us all in good shape and from today, we are now able to offer our team another impactful employee benefit: mental health support on demand, via Oliva.

We are probably all guilty of prioritising physical health over mental, but the truth is, they are equally important and often inter-connected.

Even when we feel fit and strong, we exercise to feel even stronger and fitter.  The same ethos should apply to our minds, too. Even if we feel ‘okay’ or ‘fine’, we can always do better.

Mental health support covers such a wide range of areas, including (but not limited to):

  • Stress and burnout
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship and family issues
  • Body dysmorphia
  • Addiction
  • Loneliness
  • Conflict
  • Struggling to let go of a past issue
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Procrastination
  • Perfectionism

We can probably all relate to at least one of these. Even if we feel we are handling things, or we believe the impact is minimal, talking things through with a professional can be transformative.

Oliva is a fully confidential, end-to-end support system. It includes a ‘matching’ service to ensure each user is connected to the best therapist for their situation and their personality.

No waiting list, no judgement, just a safe place to talk – whenever that extra bit of support might be welcome.
