A team that plays together, stays together
Although we are geographically dispersed across Europe, we remain a close-knit team. We use video calls on a daily basis to connect with colleagues, but there really is no substitute for in-person gatherings, so we make sure these take place once per quarter. For at least one of these meetings in a year, it will be somewhere special.
In June 2022, we went to sunny Porto and in December 2022, we experienced the magic of the Christmas markets in Vienna.
In addition, we regularly go out as a team and often combine this with an activity, such as painting or pizza-making! Here are a few photos from recent events to give you a taster of what life at Leonid is like, once the laptops are closed!
