Leonid Group have partnered with a top 30 Practice who are looking to add to their growing in-house R&D tax team. We are looking for an R&D Tax Manager who has specialist experience dealing with software claims. This role is perfect for a technically strong candidate who is looking for a hands-on management role with scope to grow!
Day to day duties
- Oversee a portfolio of key R&D clients
- Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliver R&D tax client services to a high standard
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate an awareness of technical risk through well supported research
- Aim to increase your client base through an organised approach to business development e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer base
- Confident in delivering technical advice and support to colleagues in relation to innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies

- Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
