Are you an expert in matrimonial disputes, looking for an entrepreneurial firm that strips away the red tape of large accounting firms? Somewhere that will enable you to grow your book of business without conflicts, and will then fairly compensate you for the revenue you’ve generated?

Leonid Group have been retained by a unique player in the financial advisory world. Sitting outside the usual CPA/Consulting firm structure, our client is a one-of-a-kind advisory business, built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

Given the tremendous growth of their forensic and valuations business over the last 12 months, they’re looking for someone to help build and grow a specialist matrimonial disputes team.

You’ll be given total freedom to build this business unit in the best way possible. Without the usual politics, rulebooks and limitations of a CPA firm setup, you’ll help create a unique offering for your clients.

The firm places huge importance on rewarding rainmakers, so beyond salary and firm bonus, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue generated.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading forensics, litigation, and valuation teams, specifically within matrimonial disputes
A truly entrepreneurial spirit, ready to help build and lead the next big player in the industry
Existing network of law firms/lawyers, with the ability to generate USD1.5 million + annually in revenue
Full right to work/reside in the USA. Visa sponsorship is NOT POSSIBLE
