Hi there, I’m James – the Founder & CEO of Leonid Group. Having spent over 10 years in the talent acquisition space, I created Leonid to redefine the recruitment experience.

Having lived in London for 8 years, and Barcelona for 2, I’ve recently ‘retired to the countryside. I care about purpose over profit; helping others achieve their personal and professional goals is what makes me tick!

Hi, Jamie here, and I’m the Managing Director of the Corporate Governance division of the Leonid Group. I focus on Legal, Audit, Risk and, my own pride & joy, Compliance.  I’m based at our London HQ.

I’m passionate about a number of random things, including bottomless brunches, travelling, dogs, and the minutiae of US politics. And again, dogs.

Random fact: I somehow managed to climb Mount Kilimanjaro the week after a pretty crazy trip to Ibiza.

Hi, I’m Léa, a Team Leader at Leonid Group. I work on the Innovation Incentives and Public Funding side of the business, working with clients and candidates across Europe and Canada.

I’m originally from a town just outside of Paris, where I now live, having spent a few years in Barcelona. I also love to travel and experience other cultures - You can often find me working remotely from a boat or other sunny remote working location!

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in art and wine and I’m also secretly passionate about volcanoes.

Hi! I'm Emily and I head up the R&D tax and Grant funding team at Leonid Group, leading the innovation incentives team for the UK and US markets. I’m half French/half English so I love learning new languages, discovering new cultures, and travelling. In my spare time I enjoy running and rock climbing and I'm also passionate about dance and music. I was trained in classical ballet but have since then practiced a variety of styles, from contemporary, lyrical to hip hop and heels dancing.

Hi, my name is Claudia! I currently work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Leonid Group – an Innovation Funding and Tax Credits specialist supporting the Innovation Incentives team on a pan-European level.

I was born in Romania and have studied Kinesiology and Physical Therapy before joining the talent acquisition industry. After living in Scandinavia and Germany for several years, I moved to sunny Barcelona in 2019 where I now live.

I am passionate about languages and linguistics, travelling and learning about various cultures, and I am a huge fan of road trips, hikes and being adventurous! I am also a proud cat mom of Sylvester; a British Shorthair cat and I have a history of encounters with bears through Transylvania. 

Hi there! My name is Albert, I head up the Legal and Compliance team within the Corporate Governance Division of Leonid Group. I specialise in sourcing executive talent for roles within the Legal & Compliance space across the globe. I’m based full time in London having moved here 6 years ago from “sunny” Brighton where I studied Geology. As a younger child I lived in New Zealand for a number of years. My time in NZ installed a passion for the outdoors in me. This interest led me to pick up bouldering and mountain climbing as favoured sports or activities. The only thing I love more is dogs!

Hi there! I'm Julie - Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Leonid Group - working on the French Innovative Funding market and looking to expand to the Energy Incentive one too. I'm originally from a small town in the region of Franche-Comté - the place to be for wine and cheese lovers, which I am obviously. I have been working in the very chilled Berlin the last couple of years, but now back in France moving around until I find my new home.  

I am also passionate about music, travelling and a very proud cat mum of Milka which you will probably see passing in front of the camera if we ever have a video call together. The only time she's running away from me is when I play the guitar - not sure it’s a good sign.

Hi, my name is Ruby, Internal Recruitment and Onboarding Consultant at Leonid Group. I search and connect with potential talents to become a part of our Leonid family.

I’m originally from a small town near Leuven in Belgium, but I have called the sunny Barcelona home for the last couple of years. I love any active experience from dancing, to running, to sailing. You can always ask me for the best brunch spots as that is another major passion of mine.

Hi, I'm Paul, Leonid's Chief Operating Officer. I've worked in recruitment since 2004 and I'm responsible for Leonid's operations and infrastructure.

I'm a fan of all things to do with sport, even if these days it's mostly watching rather than doing. I love travel, cooking and spending time with family.

Hi! I'm Adam. I head up Leonid's Financial Services offering, focusing heavily on compliance, risk and financial crime. I work with a select number of clients at a time, sourcing executive talent globally. I'm based in London, having lived here since returning from studying law at university. I love sport and used to compete in swimming internationally which took me around Europe as well as teaching and coaching. These days, outside of work, I'm very passionate about rugby, football and cycling.

Hi there! I'm Jo and I oversee all of the marketing, PR, social media and content production here at Leonid. I have worked in this field for more than 20 years and am a self-confessed "word nerd". I am based in Surrey, where I live with my two sons, both of whom keep me very busy outside of work. When I have time, I love to travel and explore new places and experiences. I enjoy keeping fit by running and cycling and I'm always up for a game of Scrabble.
